The staff are very polite and friendly across the board. The room is extremely good value for money. Spacious, and comfortable facilities. Great location for Pondok Indah. My only criticism is the food, it’s low grade and often out of stock, the most poor quality is the breakfast. There is nothing to cater for any western guests we had to go out for breakfast instead . There is no fruit, no cereal, nothing cold or remotely healthy on offer at all, only heavy Indonesian breakfast. I do hope you can improve this for future western clientele
